Floating Toolbar

The floating toolbar is a prominent feature of the Multicollab plugin that helps users mark their suggestions and edits within a block.

During their editing/suggesting process, whenever users select text or media within a block, the Floating Toolbar appears in the righthand column.

To view the Floating Toolbar Settings, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your WordPress site's Admin Dashboard
  • Step 2: Navigate to Multicollab ➡️ Settings ➡️ General
  • Step 3: Select the radio button to toggle the Floating Toolbar 'On' or 'Off' in the Block Editor.

The Floating Toolbar only appears on pages designated by an Administrator.
