Activity Center Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides an overview of data from the Activity Center with offers a high-level view of all collaborative activity happening across your WordPress site. It’s your central hub to monitor who’s commenting, suggesting edits, resolving feedback, and when it all took place.

WordPress Admin ➡️ Multicollab ➡️ Dashboard

Note: Only Superadmin and Administrator WordPress user roles can view the Dashboard.

What You’ll See:

All Multicollab activities displayed in chronological order, with the most recent first

Each activity includes:

  • Contributor name
  • Action performed (e.g., comment added, suggestion made, comment resolved)
  • A clickable page title showing where the action occurred

You can scroll through the timeline to access earlier activity logs and keep tabs on content progress across your team.

Filter Options:

Easily narrow your view using built-in filters:

  • Date – View activity from specific days or date ranges
  • Page Type – Filter by post type (e.g., Posts, Pages, FAQs, Case Studies)
  • Page Title – See actions related to a specific piece of content

Clicking on a page title will take you directly to that post or page for deeper review.

This dashboard is especially useful for editors and content managers looking to keep oversight across large teams or high-volume publishing workflows.
