Can I use my license on both staging and production sites?

Yes, you can activate the license on your staging site for testing and then reuse it on production. You’ll need to reactivate it on production after deactivating it from staging.

Does one license work across a multisite network?

No, each sub-site in a multisite network requires its own license key.

What if the plugin doesn’t activate?

Ensure your license key is valid and the plugin is up to date. If it still doesn’t work, contact Multicollab support with your license and debug details.

Where can I find my license key?

You’ll receive the license key by email after purchase. It can also be found in your Multicollab account dashboard under “Licenses”.
