How to Upgrade Your Premium Plan
If you already have a Multicollab premium plan and want access to more features and support, follow these steps to upgrade your plan.
Step 1: Log in to your WordPress website as the Admin user.
Step 2: Navigate to the Plugins section on the left sidebar and find the Multicollab plugin within this list.
Step 3: Below the Multicollab plugin name, you will see several links. Select the Upgrade option.
Step 4: A window will appear with the option to upgrade (or downgrade) your plan. Click UPGRADE at the bottom of your preferred premium version. [screenshot]
Step 5: A popup window will appear with the prorated price of your new plan. Submit your payment details in this window and click Review Order.
Step 6: Review the order and payment details, and submit your payment.
Step 1: You will receive a welcoming email with your Multicollab plugin account details to the email address you used to purchase your plan. This email contains your license activation key required to activate your new premium plan.
Please note: If you do not see the email in your main inbox, please search in all of your email inboxes—including your Spam account.
Step 6: Copy the license key to use in the following steps.
Step 7: Update the latest plugin version [Or] Upload and activate your downloaded ZIP file by following these steps.
Step 8: Select Change License in the same location as Step 3. Verify the premium plan displayed in the dropdown menu of the pop-up is your new plan.
Step 9: Enter your new license key copied from Step 1 and click Update License.
