Upgrade from Free to Premium
If you are using the free version of the Multicollab plugin but want to utilize the features of premium plans, you can easily upgrade your plan.
To upgrade from a free to a premium version, follow these steps:
Purchasing a Premium Plan
Step 1: Log in to your WordPress website as the Admin user.
Step 2: Navigate to the Plugins section on the left sidebar and find the Multicollab plugin within this list.
Step 3: Below the Multicollab plugin name, you will see several links. Select the UPGRADE option.
Step 4: A window will appear with the option to upgrade your plan. Click UPGRADE at the bottom of your preferred premium version.
Step 5: A popup window will appear. Submit your payment details in this window and click Review Order.
Step 6: If the payment details are correct, purchase your premium plan of choice.
Setting Up a Premium Plan
Step 1: You will receive an email with your Multicollab plugin account details to the email address you used to purchase your plan. This email contains your license activation key required to activate your premium plan.
Please note: If you do not see the email in your main inbox, please search in all of your email inboxes—including your Spam account.
Step 2: Copy the license key to use in the following steps.
Step 3: Follow the prompt in the email to download the ZIP file.
Step 5: After uploading the file, select Change License in the same location as Step 3. Verify the premium plan displayed in the dropdown menu of the pop-up is correct.
Step 6: Enter your new license key copied from Step 6 and click Update License.
