How to invite others to collaborate

Multicollab does not support autosave. To ensure all Multicollab activity is properly stored in your WordPress database, you must click Publish or Save Draft on the page or post.

Invitation to collaborate

You can invite authorized users to collaborate on your post or page, just like you would in Google Docs.

There are two ways to initiate collaboration:

Mention teammates directly in a comment using @mentions
Use the Share button (if Guest Collaboration is enabled) to invite WordPress or non-WordPress users

Note:

Both the inviting user and the invited user must have appropriate permissions to the post or page
Only users with the necessary access roles can view or comment on shared content
