How to accept/reject all suggestions

This simple yet powerful feature helps publishers and content teams save time by allowing them to accept or reject all suggestions in a post with a single click.

How It Works:

1. Click the Multicollab icon at the top-right corner of the WordPress editor
2. In the Activity Center, select the ‘Review All Suggestions’ tab

You’ll see two buttons:

• Accept All — Accepts all current suggestions in the post
• Reject All — Rejects all current suggestions in the post

This bulk action feature is especially useful for final reviews and clearing out resolved changes in long-form content.
