When Does It Appear?

The Floating Toolbar appears automatically in the right-hand column whenever a user selects text or media within a supported block during the editing or suggesting process.

It enables:

  • Adding suggestions
  • Leaving inline comments
  • Accessing collaboration tools without leaving the editor context

How to Enable or Disable the Floating Toolbar

Administrators can toggle the Floating Toolbar on or off by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard
  2. Go to Multicollab ➡️ Settings ➡️ General
  3. Under Floating Toolbar, select the appropriate radio button to turn it On or Off
