Activate License
After you purchase a premium plan, you can follow these steps to activate your license:
Step 1: Log in to the email account you used to register your premium account. (Multicollab My account).
Step 2: Find the confirmation email from Multicollab. This email contains your license activation key required to activate your premium plan.
Please note: If you do not see the email in your main inbox, please search in
all of your email inboxes—including your Spam account.
Step 3: Follow the prompt in the email to download the ZIP file for your plan.
Step 4: Copy the license key from your confirmation email. Keep this saved to use in the following steps.
Step 6: After uploading your plugin ZIP file to your WordPress website, click Activate Plugin. Paste your license key from step 4 to activate your premium plan.
You can use Multicollab on multiple sites by either:
- 1.Using WordPress Multisite.
- 2.Purchasing more than one license. A license is required for each website or domain.
If you have more than one domain name or multiple WordPress installs, you'll need a subscription for the number of installs or domains you have.

What are the different domains in a Multicollab subscription?
Our single-site plugin may only be used on one domain. The Multicollab subscription verification does not look at the http/https and www/non-www when checking for activation status.
Instead, subfolders and subdomains are used for verification.
Multicollab treats the following standard URL formats as the same single domain:
- http://example.com
- http://example.com
- http://www.example.com
- https://www.example.com
Multicollab treats the following subfolder URL formats as the same single domain:
- http://example.com/subfolder
- https://example.com/subfolder
- http://www.example.com/subfolder
- https://www.example.com/subfolder
Note: You need to buy each website a license.
